You will use the PowerSchool Parent Portal to access Registration Forms. If you do not already have a parent/guardian PowerSchool account, you will need to set-up an account as a first step.
This process is required for EVERY student attending Leavenworth Public Schools. This enables your child's school to maintain emergency contact information, and secure a variety of required permissions.
Additionally, ALL students will receive 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch this year, but in order to participate in this program the district needs families to complete the Household Economic Survey information within the enrollment process.
Note: Guardians of new students will visit www.usd453.org/enrollment and select "New K-12 Students" to get started. Pre-K applications can also be found on this web page.
Enrollment steps once your parent PowerSchool account is created:
Step 1: Navigate to the Parent Portal log-in page: https://ps.usd453.org/public/
Step 2: Enter the Username and Password you created and "Sign-In(you should only have one account for all your children).
Step 3: Find "Forms" on the left navigation, which are tied to your student's records. Complete the information requested from within each tab and save/submit.

Q: How do I create a parent access PowerSchool account?
A: Visit web site: https://ps.usd453.org/public/ Click on the "Create Account" Fill in the information requested for a desired username and password, and maintain this information for future log-in's. Enter your student's full name, access ID, and password (access ID and Password are provided to you from your child's school)
Q: How do I add a child to an existing account?
A: If you have an account, but need to add a child, you will need their Access ID and Access Password, which can be provided from your child's school.
Q: What if I am having technical difficulties and/or require in-person support?
A:You can visit your child's school Monday thru Friday beginning on July 24 when building secretaries return from summer break.

Q: I am unable to reset my password, now what?
A: The PowerSchool mobile app does not allow for password resets. Reset your password from a computer web site browser by going to ps.usd453.org .
